I focus on identifying new leads, connecting with prospective customers, and looking after our existing client relationships. It’s all about keeping the conversation going and helping customers find the right solution.

Outside of work, I love reading and spending time in the Lake District – ideally doing both at once. I’m also a big concert fan. My first gig was the Jonas Brothers in 2009, and I’ve seen everyone from AC/DC to Taylor Swift and Harry Styles since.

When I was a kid: I wanted to be a fashion designer, mostly thanks to a love of clothes, shoes, and The Devil Wears Prada.
