Simon Sutton

I lead the sales team at Norseal, setting strategy, building relationships, and making sure we’re always aligned with what the business and our customers need. That covers everything from setting targets to mentoring the team, analysing performance, and making sure we’re moving in the right direction. It’s a big role, but it doesn’t feel like work in the traditional sense because we’ve got a brilliant team, and everyone’s got each other’s backs.

Outside of work, I’m usually with our four rescue Yorkies, Beryl, Yogi, Angel and Rosey,  or out on the motorbike. I’m also a big fan of cooking, old-school music (pre-2000 obviously), and a good horror film.

Little-known fact: I have an entirely useless but very entertaining ability to stick cocktail sticks in my head.
