I look after invoicing, payments and new account setup, and I’m usually the one on the other end of the phone if there’s an invoice query. If it involves credit control, it lands on my desk.

Outside of work, I’m into travel (especially the US), sport, long countryside walks, and military history.

Little-known fact: I’ve impersonated Elvis in Vegas, been inside a submarine in the Pacific, and ridden a horse across the Andes - not all in the same week.
When I was a kid: I wanted to play rugby for England. Still holding out for a call-up.
