I make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from logistics and systems to admin and warehouse operations, so the rest of the team can do what they do best. Most days, I’m focused on removing obstacles, improving processes, and making sure we’ve got what we need to deliver great service every time.

Outside of work, I like to stay active. I coach grassroots football, still play when I get the chance, and spend as much time as I can outdoors – either on a bike, up a mountain, or trying to convince myself I’m good at golf.

Little-known fact: I used to be a part-time stuntman.
When I was a kid, I never really fancied growing up. And according to Michael, I still haven’t!
