Michael Spoors

I’m lucky to have a brilliant management team who take care of the day-to-day running of the business, which gives me space to focus on team development, company strategy, exploring new markets, and growing the Norseal Academy. I also look after the less glamorous bits like the financials and compliance.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my family, though it never feels like quite enough.

Little-known fact: My name’s not actually Michael.
When I was a kid: I never knew, and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up. I'm enjoying the journey though!
