Elaine Robertson

I keep the Norseal office running smoothly,  managing processes, keeping the team organised, and making sure everything’s in place for people to do their jobs well. Whether it’s chasing deadlines, improving workflow, or just being a safe pair of hands, I like things to be clear, calm and efficient.

Outside of work, I love beach walks with the family and the dog, watching my son play football (far more stressful than watching Newcastle), and doing a weekly training session with my daughter, something we both really enjoy.

Little-known fact: I have a distant relative who played for Newcastle United between 1900 and 1904.
When I was a kid: I wanted to be a photographer. I travelled a lot growing up and loved capturing the places we visited.
