We have expanded our passive fire protection offering by adding key Flamro fire stopping systems to the Norseal range.
This latest range expansion gives firestopping contractors, facilities managers and fire safety professionals broader access to independently tested firestopping solutions, all available from UK stock with next day delivery. As demand grows for compliant, system-based fire protection products, we continue to invest in products that help customers specify, source, and install with confidence.
A Complete Fire Stopping Range
Our expanded Flamro fire stopping range includes penetration sealing and cavity barrier systems designed to maintain compartmentation where services pass through fire-resisting walls and floors. Products now available from Norseal include pipe fire protection systems, intumescent collars and wraps, firestop boards, coatings, mortars and specialist solutions for more complex applications.
Every product is backed by tested system data, helping customers meet programme deadlines while maintaining the required fire performance on site.
Firebreather Cavity Barrier for Ventilated Façades
One of the standout additions to our range is the Flamro Firebreather® cavity barrier, developed for ventilated façade systems.
Modern façades often require continuous airflow within the cavity to manage moisture and building performance. Firebreather is designed to allow that airflow under normal conditions, while providing passive fire protection when it matters most.
In the event of a fire, the system uses a design based on the Davy Lamp principle to prevent flames from passing through the barrier. Its intumescent material then reacts rapidly, expanding to seal the cavity and help prevent the spread of heat, smoke and flames.
With fire-resistance performance up to EI90 and a maintenance-free passive design, Firebreather offers a practical solution where both ventilation and fire compliance are required.
Endless Collar for Pipe Penetrations
We have also added the Flamro Endless Collar, a practical and cost-effective solution for firestopping around pipe penetrations.
Unlike fixed-size collars, the Endless Collar can be cut to suit a wide range of pipe diameters, typically from 32mm to 160mm. That means installers no longer need to carry multiple sizes or delay work while sourcing the correct product.
For live projects and retrofit environments, that flexibility can make a real difference. One pack can create multiple collars, helping reduce waste, simplify van stock and improve installation efficiency.
