Hingepad Range
Intumescent protection for ironmongery comes in 3 main types: Graphite based pads, Hydrated Sodium Silicate and Interdens (mono ammonium phosphate) which are used more in specification applications. The main difference between the 3 is based on thickness and type of expansion, the graphite units being available in 1/2mm, 1mm and 2mm whereas the interdens and Hydrated Sodium Silicate are only available in 1 and 2mm. All units are available in self adhesive form and all are ex stock.
Fire Rated Door Viewers
The Fire Rated version of the humble door viewer. Ceramic Glass is incorporated due to its ability to withstand heat variations without shattering together with an all steel construction and an ultra thin intumescent liner to seal between the unit and the door core. Available in Chrome and Brass the ranges offer a most elegant solution to this often overlooked product
